Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Timeframe
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a refund request. Any request made beyond this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process

- Once your return is approved, please ship the item back to us at Old National Hwy 15, Dhariwal, Punjab 143520, India. Shipping costs for returning the item will be your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.

- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Discounted or sale items.
- Gift cards.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for an exchange or full refund.
Exchanges
